COVID-19 Update

We would like to assure you that we are still open as normal for you and your pets, and plan to stay open for as long as possible. In order to make this happen, we would like to provide some guidelines to help keep staff members, clients and patients healthy and safe.

1. If your pet needs veterinary attention and:
๐Ÿถ Youโ€™ve been overseas within the last 14 days,
๐Ÿถ Youโ€™re experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 infection, or
๐Ÿถ You are in quarantine or isolation
Please phone us for advice and we can make a plan.

2. In line with government recommendations, we are trying to keep waiting times to a minimum in order to adhere to social distancing rules. We kindly ask you to:
๐Ÿ˜บ Limit the number of people presenting your pet to just one owner
๐Ÿ˜บ When arriving for your appointment, please wait in your car
๐Ÿ˜บ Please phone us from your car on arrival and we will organise a staff member to collect your pet from your car
๐Ÿ˜บ The vets will perform phone consultations and treatment as needed, and we will then drop your pet back to your car
๐Ÿ˜บ If you do need to enter the clinic, please use the hand sanitizer located in the waiting room, and keep 1.5m distance between staff and members of the public if possible

3. Please phone ahead (at least 24 hours notice) to order required prescription medicine, food, worming or flea and tick control so we can arrange to have them ready for you without the need to wait.
